Typically when a client comes to me with a legal problem someone has told them "no." For instance, the "no" could be coming from a former business partner or an insurance company or an opposing party in a real estate transaction. For me, "no" is just the beginning of the process of turning things around to improve my client's position. When I hear "no," I take it as a personal challenge.
I offer clients the benefit of twenty-five years of experience as a business and real estate attorney. At my Miami business law firm my practice areas include drafting partnership agreements, representation of buyers and sellers at closings, performing title work, and litigating disputes.
Over that same period of time, through my activity in the south Florida business community, I have developed a network of professional relationships. I am always ready to help an investor with their unique requirements to find the right real estate broker or help an entrepreneur arrange financing for a new venture.
